Servicing & Troubleshooting Seminar (2 Days)

Day One 425 Series

  • Basic review of tankless concepts, sizing, and installation
  • General review of venting code and requirements for atmospheric, direct vent and power vented appliances
  • Gas pressure and line sizing
  • Comparison of the Bosch Classic vs. Compact series water heater
  • Water valve, ignition, and burner sequence troubleshooting
  • Maintenance schedule and warranty review
  • Hands on troubleshooting with “Live” heaters

Day Two - C 800 ES

  • Basic review of sizing, and installation
  • Includes 715 ES model
  • Venting and Gas Line Sizing
  • Condensing technologies
  • CWASIC control board review
  • Gas pressure and CO2 Analysis
  • Diagnostic troubleshooting review
  • Multi unit cascading installation requirements and wiring
  • Maintenance schedule and warranty review
